A dense, squidgy loaf cake, made from all good things. This recipe is gluten and dairy free, but we must stress that it is made in a kitchen that handles a LOT of wheat flour, so cannot be guaranteed 100% gluten free, despite our best efforts. A perfect afternoon pick-me up with a nice cup of tea. Freezes very well.
