We are a Community Interest Company with a passion for good food in every sense. Good for your tastebuds, Good for your health, Good for the planet, and doing Good in our community. By getting your baked goods and ferments from us, you are diverting resources into the independent and local economy, and helping us to achieve our aim of making proper good food available to everyone. We have big ambitions, aiming to employ several people, especially those for whom employment can be a challenge, and to support local and ethical food systems, and reduce waste.
