Freshly made using nothing but organic milk, and our happy colony of kefir grains. Proven to be incredibly beneficial for gut health, as well as being delicious in its own right. Store in the fridge unless you like it really strong - it will keep fermenting as it is ALIVE! BB 4 days from purchase. It will get stronger and more fizzy as time goes on, ranging from fairly mild on the day of purchase, to a sour fizz bomb 4-7 days later.
